The media could not be loaded. These Black Maca supplements are easy to swallow being medium to large size. I didnt notice any upset stomach from taking them on an empty stomach in the morning. I believe these were a good supplement stength for me. I noticed a boost in energy and more balanced mood. I also noticed a slight boost in my sex drive. My partner said it could be because i seemed happier. Has very clean ingredients from a quality company. I've purchased other supplements from ELMNT and they all have been of good quality and not to strong or overbearing on my body.

Good product. I started using this with my vitamin C and B12 over the last 8mo. or so and it didn’t take long to notice that my energy level had improved more than C and B alone. Nevermind my libido went through the roof (I’ll save that review for myself and the wife).
