These work fast! This is my first time trying them, since I’m having trouble going to bed early but have work early in the morning. I take 2, and then am knocked out in 30mins. I don’t wake up tired. Also they taste really good like candy

I am SO glad I came upon these! I have been an early riser pretty much all my teen & adult life! (like 4 am/5-7 days a week)!!! I can fall asleep exhausted when I go to bed, but staying asleep has never been easy!! I have been prescribed meds from MD before but they made me sick to my stomach, groggy during the next day or didn’t help at all! I have followed every suggestion made, I have no TV in my bedroom,temperatures of cooler or warmer, special blankets, eye masks, blackout curtains, spa music machine & on an app on my phone & no pop, coffee or tea with caffeine daily after noon-1pm daily, & listen to several people’s suggestions for many years but nothing really worked to get me to stay asleep longer than two-three hrs a night & not feeling totally run down during the next day or days!!I have researched & read all the reviews & decided to give these a try! I purchased these & I am so happy I did! 10 milgms of Melatonin & I wasn’t sure how it would effect me so I would just bite a half of it & and it has worked great! I am getting a full 6-7 hrs of sleep every night & a sometimes on the weekends a full gummy for 8-9hrs of great sleep on weekends too!! Works well. I found I sleep better with 1/2 (2.5 mg) or 1 gummy (5mg) than with 2 (10mg). Working in healthcare I have noticed that if something is extreme —lack of oxygen or overdose, your body can go on high alert. This can actually keep your body/mind from relaxing.
