Well designed and Good product with Useful features . Works from day 1 without issue . Excellent and prompt technical product support . Packed sturdily and with simple screwdriver it can be opened For my room of 12 ' x 11' , which is approx 132 sq feet area , has now a high humidity of 80% due to monsoon . This 80% humidity got reduced to 54 % in about 3 to 4 hrs by this Hiniso Dehumidifier . 1.5 lts of water got collected in the drainage bucket shown in snap in 7 hrs night operation , showing an efficient dehumidifuing process . Consumes only 170 watts of power which is translated to approx 1 unit of electical power for every 7 hrs of operation . Better to use , external drainage as shown in snap through pipe to avoid frequent removal of snapped internal collection box . Also this Dehumidifier should be placed at lest 1' higher than external collector , so that water flows flows down due to gravity as in snap . Noise level is very low , i guess it is around 45 db just like house refrijerator and hence unit can be kept as per convinient distance. Room gets slightly warm , but this is only good in rainy season . Fan speed can be lowered if required to next lower level . Timer is useful to shut down automatically after the desired time. Electrical cord length is adequate and ordinary 6amp socket will suffice as the input current is only 0,7 amp approx . Drainage pipe supplied along with unit, has adequate length for external drainage Why did you pick this product vs others?:Hiniso 's Compressor based Working principle is a effective way to dehumidy air as compared to passive technology used by others . While ordering this product I was not sure about this brand and the product performance, but I can confirm it now you will never regret after buying this product. It does what it promises.1. Appearance: It's a very compact, and very cute looking item that doesn't interfere with the aesthetics of the room decor2. Price: it's a very efficient air dehumidifier with very good build quality considering the price. Any other product from the competing brand will cost you at least 70% more than this. It is.3. Performance: It can extract 1.5 litres of water during 2 to 3 hours of usage, although it depends on the mode of operation and environmental condition.4. Storage and Drainage: It includes a 2.5 litre water tank for normal operation and a Drainage Pipe for continuous operation5. Additional Features: It has WiFi connectivity so along with the physical touch buttons, it can be fully operated using the Mobile App also.I only have two small issues with it..1. The in built humidity sensor shows 20-15% less humidity although that does affect the functionality2. The exhaust sometimes becomes noisy

Great product at the outset. And what’s even great was the support they provided. I received the product in time and very well packed in wooden packaging- very secure. The initial product I received the mere was some issue with the fan and due to my work commitment I overshot the replacement window of 7 days. But then I called up Mr Sarthak and asked him for help, he was very forthcoming in helping us and without a flinch he not only facilitated the replacement, but did it pronto without waiting for return shipment to reach him. Great response there !Now about the product. I am using this in approx 85-95% humidity condition in Arunachal Pradesh. Build quality is solid and works very well in this intense humid conditions. Noise level are very low. And the best part is it has large tank and more over a continuous drainage pipe which suit for these environment.
