The ratchet makes it very easy to use.
It’s very easy to use and great in tight situations . It’s crafted very nicely.

Good for small jobs
Worked well on a soft metal (aluminum) application. It was difficult to keep the bit centered in the handle but fortunately there weren't that many rotations needed to finish the job. Good buy for the price.

Handy for small taps in tight spaces.
Like this tap ratchet! Holds onto the small taps. Rachel control is ok. However the T handle could use a couple of clips to keep it from falling out of its hole.

Broke right away
Broke m4 bit within first minute of using it. Broke inside of threads and will have to try and drill it out. Cheaply made.

Tap wrench
The chuck is not self aligning, there is too much play in the assembly. The thread tap can be clamped down, but not straight. The finish and operation seems to be very good, except for the chuck.

Worked great for me!
This tap worked great for me, and I had no issues with it. You do need to make sure that the bit is tightly secured before starting your tap, but that's common sense (to me, anyway). I had zero issues with it, and it did exactly what I wanted and expected it to do. I don't normally have a need to tap things, so when my need arose I looked for something inexpensive. This item was a whole kit and it delivered a job well done. No regrets at all.
