This keyboard tray is far more heavy duty than I expected. It is also quite heavy. It was very simple and straighfoward to put together and attach to my little desk. My desk is 31.5 inches wide and this keyboard tray fits it perfectly with the clamps going close to the edges of the desktop. It states needing a full 30 inches of spread to fit. The tray itself is about 25 inches wide and 12 inches deep. It is more than large enough for a full-size keyboard and mouse with room on the side for my phone, some paperwork, or whatever. I like that this frees up my desktop and allows me to use my laptop while sitting comfortably and in a good typing position. I cut a larger desk mat to fit the pull-out tray so I don't need a separate mousepad. My daughter had hoped to use this at her craft table as she also uses it as her desk, but unfortunately the clamps are not quite big enough to attach this to a plastic folding table, at least not the one we have. It does state that it will clamp onto a tabletop up to 1.5" thick, so we knew it might not work for her table, but I also knew I would use it in that case. My only complaint is that I wish it was closer to my desktop as it hangs a little too far down, but this is not the fault of the product, but because my desktop is thin, only about 1/2-3/4". I plan to add small blocks of wood between my desktop and the top part of the clamps which will raise it up some. Overall, a very nice, sturdy product.

Clamp and board are a good size and sturdy, and the assembly+installation was easy.I wish that for $50, the two pieces fit better together and also that the sliding mechanism was a little smoother (feels cheap).

It’s easy to assembled and quite heavy. Aesthetically not quite pleasing up close. The pieces don’t align perfectly straight for me, but it does the job and size isn’t too bad.

Bought it a year ago. Still working great as day 1. Easy to use and enough space for keyboard with mouse and mousepad. Noise level like a light drawer opening and easy to pull out. Overall great design and you get more than what you pay for.

This was a replacement for an ancient keyboard tray for my main desk. I liked the carbon-fiber look and the sloped edge seemed like a good idea. The mounting with tension screws seemed easy enough and it was on sale so a good value!Experience has shown that tray in/out operation is smooth and0 it looks good below my desk too. There is enough space for a full-size keyboard and mouse though I use a mid-size keyboard with arrow keys integrated below the main keyboard like a laptop and a numeric keypad to the side.The not so good is I regularly have to loosen the tension screws and push the mounts back into the edge of my desk. For some reason they wiggle out. Could be my 7 yr old messing with it but does happen regularly.

I love it. Was worth the money paid for it.

The BONTEC keyboard tray is a nice addition to my adjustable height desk. When I open the box, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it matched the finish on my desk. As stated, assembly is very easy. The tray comes in two pieces which may be a deal breaker for some, but once together, mine was almost seamless. You can see where the edges butt together, but rubbing your hand I crossed it from side to side, it was pretty negligible. Total assembly time was about 10 minutes. The only downside, the attachment to the desk is via two clamps. Admittedly this makes for a universal fit to any desk or tabletop. You don't have to flip your table or desk upside down, then measure, set, and drill holes, and then get upset because it's not quite aligned. However, you now have the upper clamp part on top of the surface of the desk so your desktop is not a flat smooth surface. This isn't really important for me but it may be for you. Once again, easy assembly, done in little time, and very functional for very little money. I also appreciated, speed and efficiency in which the seller provided this to me. It was properly packaged for the potential damage I could encumber during transport, and it was exactly as described.
