Batteries work perfectly in my Nikon Z6iii and the charger works with both the Nikon batteries and the First Power batteries. Since I just received the camera today I have no idea about the longevity of the included batteries, but I will compare them carefully with the two OEM Nikon El-En15c batteries that came with the camera.

UPDATE: I received a replacement and it works as expected. The customer service at First Power turned out be excellent so I’m changing my rating to 5 stars. The batteries that came with the charger took a full charge as did my old batteries. In addition the red and green indicator lights were clearly visible.The batteries that came with the charger only partially charged after a couple of hours and then the charger turns off. I tried the Nikon battery that came with my camera and this also did not charge fully.

Happy with batteries. Seem to work good.

It does what it is supposed to do, but the batteries didn't come with end caps to protect the batteries from shorting out.

Works as expected.

So far they're work great.

Does what it says on the tin. Between these and my original I’ll always have plenty of power available, even when I forget to charge one. Or two, lol.Best part? The 2-slot usb-c charger is great to have, as the Nikon Z6iii only come with a cable to charge the one battery in the phone.

For the price, this is an insane value; a dual battery charger that comes with two additional batteries, all for under $30. Everything works perfectly with my Nikon Z5 II and would definitely buy again.
