I don’t take this internally because it tastes absolutely disgusting, but I do use it in my skin care. I add it to my rosewater and my distilled aloe and I also put a little bit into my face balms. I feel like I really noticed a difference since I started using it. I actually love it.

I can definitely feel the difference in how I feel. However, it’s very hard to swallow it down once I taste it in my mouth. ;( I can taste it in almost anything I mix it in but it seems to hide better in a chocolate flavoured protein shake. It’d be easier if it was capsuled so I couldn’t taste it! ;)

This is described a being well-absorbed into our cells, but like a few others have reported, I am finding this to have a significant laxative effect, even when taking only 1.5 droppers of the daily recommended dosage of 4 droppers. Hence, this needs to be spread out throughout the day. I cannot say whether the positive effects of this product are as good or better than other magnesium supplement options available? However, I CAN say the expected bitter magnesium taste of this product isn't as bad as some people describe. Mix it with some juice and it is relatively easy to swallow.
