Great quality brush!

I used to use a $8 acrylic brush. I decided to “splurge”—really just a few bucks more, and I couldn’t of been happier. The quality is 10/10. Brush was like butter. Felt great. Color was beautiful. I was so happy with it. I ended up switching back to builder gel but I would 100% recommend.

So, I've been doing dip nails and acrylic nails for probably a year now. Youtube has totally improved my manicures, thank you! I've been using low odor monomer, which has its quirks and many people don't like, but I'm willing to figure it out since the smell is sooo much less. Anyways, I've worked with an inexpensive size 10 in two different brands which are slightly different in size. I've seen much more adept artists out there use larger brushes and Pana is a brand I've heard as quality. I decided to splurge on a larger and more quality brush, i hope! I purchased the teal 12, and today I finally cleaned off the resin and prepped the brush in monomer, then used in application... well it went beautifully, the best yet! Yes, I've gotten a lot better in technique and application, but this brush was beautiful and obviously improved the experience... and made it faster, hello! The only down side so far, is I went to double check the size after one use, and all of the words along the brush ~"Pana size 12" etc has rubbed off already :( However, the brush has clearly been an upgrade from my past brushes, so not too bad an issue. I'd easily recommend for the home artist! Edit: I forgot to add this brush was very comfortable which was something I was looking for bc one of my previous brushes has this beautiful clear handle with metal details and a sparkle interior that was attractive, but in practice it was uncomfortable and basically looked dirty/not clear after using once. Whereas this simple wooden handle was so much more comfortable and still looks good after getting monomer and acetone on it. I'd rather have comfort and a sleek simple design that works!

I previously purchased the wooden brush shown in the photo. This time I purchased the clear brushes & they are longer than the wood ones. I wonder why? I put a sharpie in the photo just for a reference size. They are not much longer than the wooden ones but they feel a little awkward when holding them because I’m used to the size/length of the wooden ones. Still deciding if I want to return to get the wooden ones now or just keep them. Overall still nice brushes. *Edit* Now going back & seeing the actual measurements on the brushes in the stock photos I see they are longer than the wooden ones! I just did not pay attention when ordering lol!

Bristles separate at the tip which is a big indicator that this isn't authentic. I've had it for a couple years when I was a newer tech so I thought It was users error or product but as I have revisited this brand new very gently used brush there is no difference. Save your money!

It was hard to find the right brush. I love this brush. #14 is too big and #10 is a bit small. this size is perfect.

Hairs are soft, but strong.. Doesn’t shed and holds the beads perfectly in place. Shaping is a dream…. Literally, my favourite magic wand!
