My dentist suggested getting a sand timer to help my son brush longer. It works, my kid brush longer because he loves watching the sand move to the other side when it’s flipped.

It looks a lot better in real life. I got the pink one to use for a timer during meditation.Only problem is my 30 Minute size I’ve timed it and it’s always 32 minutes. It’s not completely accurate but still extremely close.

I bought this to use as a steam room timer. It is reasonably accurate and works well for the purpose. The only two issues is that moisture got inside the cylinder, so it's not waterproof (but it didn't claim to be) and that the hourglass itself is slightly crooked, which sometimes results in not all the sand passing to the other side. In the end, it works well enough for what I need, but it would be nice to be able to straighten it out.

I love it! My kids broke my glass one. This one is plastic and not easily breakable. Plus it's pretty!!

My kids use this to take turns with their toys and they've dropped it several times and hasn't broken yet.

Perfect! Exactly what I wanted. It’s 65 seconds more than 45 minutes but that’s no big deal. I HIGHLY recommend!!

I bought on of these to time my meditations, also I really like watching the sand fall. It reminds me of the Bible verse “teach me to number my days so that I may gain a heart of wisdom” The plastic shell distorts the clarity of the seeing the sand fall. May not bother some but to me it did. I tried to get the plastic shell off by twisting and pulling but it’s pretty well on there. The timer was pretty accurate. 10 minutes 7 seconds. I was sick of getting up and flipping the 15 minute timer in the sauna room so I bought my own. Great decision for me. Now I can just relax and enjoy the sauna. Solid purchase.
