These supplements greatly improved my quality of sleep while pregnant. After consulting my OB and getting her approval, I noticed it was significantly easier to fall asleep after taking these. Avoid if you have IBS!
I wanted so much for this to work. I have a lot of difficulty getting to sleep. Because I have IBS, I just took one capsule the first night to see how it would affect me. The next night I took two capsules (the prescribed dose) and still did not sleep well. However what I did get that next morning was horrible diarrhea. I did not take the capsules the next three days. My gut finally returned to normal for me. I decided to try this remedy again last night. It took me about 5 hours to finally doze off. This morning I once again had the awful gut issues. So another sleep helper hits the trash can.

Non melaton for the win
Love that this is a non-melatonin based calming agent. Also that the capsules are not overly big and easy to swallow.

Don't use if you have stomach issues
Took a long time to work. It may have helped me through the night but the stomach pains woke me up. Anyone who has regular issues with their stomach shouldn't use this. Somone else on here said the same.
