kenable Zinwell HD Ready J4S Mk4 Quad LNB for Satellite Dish

In trying to reposition my satellite dish after the storms, I inadvertently blew the LNB.The Zinwell LNB was carefully packed, easy to install and most importantly worked well

Lost signal on all four channels so thought it must be lnb. My existing lnb was a Zinwell so I went for this one for ease of installation ie no need to remove awkward clips from the dish arm but just undo the clamp and replace the unit. This was not possible as the supplied unit was NOT ZINWELL but VISIBLEWAVE ! The supplier unit would not fit in My existing clamp so I had to take off the old snap on bracket and put on the supplied bracket and lnb. I had noted carefully the position and skew of the old lnb and was lucky that the new one gave good enough signals to restore my TV viewing. I can confirm that the supplied item works but am angry that it was not as advertised.

Unfortunately not as described.Another make substituted.Didn't come with weather cover to the connectors.Wrote to the suppliers to see if they could supply this....no reply.Connected up as sent and it is working well so far.

Read all the reviews about this LNB and purchased it on the strength of this. I was not disappointed. I used a signal strength meter to set the signal up and it worked a treat. Excellent reception and would definitely recommend.

my freesat stopped working and since the Quad LNB is only part really apart from cable I assumed it failed and bough this replacement. Switched it over and reconnected to 3 cables (it has four) , hey presto freesat works again! very pleased to have self solved and for the cost of the part a real delight. My original Zinwell LNB was about 8 years old cracked and seemed to have taken in water which i guess knackered it. Picture may even be a little sharper.

A good product at a reasonable price which works well and is easy to install. However the design around the four connection ports needs improving. The holes in the plastic around the ports need increasing slightly to allow for the rubber boots expanding when they are placed over the cable connectors. Also the two end ports are too close to the end walls of the plastic housing making assembly of LNB, cable , connector and rubber boot even more difficult
