Oven is not at all functioning. Only the container on which food item placed is got heated and not the food item. Please take hack the product and refund the amount paid by me.

The toaster/oven works well. Setting temperature for toast etc takes a little bit of trial & error. The grill rack is very hard to pull out.

Having this idea of a product coming from hundreds of miles away, feared that it would be severely damaged (delivery agents kind of suck at differentiating fragile items!), but guess what, it came in without any damaged! Don't get fooled by the images, this doesn't have any rotating plates, lights or fan (this is a mini otg).
