The glasses are very nice. But the lids were broken. Would love to buy them again but am worried they may arrive broken. The packaging is wanting.

The mugs are beautiful but both of the lids were broken when I opened the box. I ordered them for a Christmas present in August and I can’t return them now. Luckily I can still use the mugs but have to find a new Christmas present.

I absolutely love these cups! They feel sturdy & are crystal clear. I’ve been using them nonstop since I purchased. Beware that if you use the coaster part with a cold drink, the condensation will make the glasses stick for a second or two which can result in shattered glass. Be extra cautious if you have young children or pets because I can see this shattering if not careful. Overall 10/10 recommend

Like the mugs but one has a small Crack by the handle

These are beautiful. The handle doesn’t heat up. The glasses themselves look expensive like cut crystal. They are so pretty. I love them.

The mugs arrived broken. I did not open the box as I could hear the broken pieces in the box and felt that I might cut myself if I open the box as I could see small pieces of glass falling from the cracks in the box so I had to return the mugs.

I really like these mugs

Ordered 2 (used) mugs w/ coasters. One coaster was broken in pieces. Decided to keep because it was half price with 2 perfectly good mugs. Ordered 2 more sets at full price $19.99 ea (not used). They really are beautiful! Watch out on USED ITEMS!!!
