super supplement
This is my first experience of taking Slow Mag as a supplement, I am a T2 diabetic and I have just started on a new eating regime LCHF, I have been suffering leg cramps of late and this was suggested as a possible relief, I am taking two pills a day and have been taking them for the past 17 days, after 20 days I will reduce this dosage down to one pill a day and I will carry on taking until used up, should I find in the future that I start to suffer again I will definitely purchase again.Around 13 years ago I had a heart operation for an abnormal arrhythmia and after reading another reviewer stating it helped them with irregular heartbeat then this is an added bonus for me also!

Wonderful fast solution for cramp!
This is the most amazing product! It is recommended by low carb gurus, and I first purchased it in the US when I lived there to treat night cramps, which are apparently a common side effect of a low carb diet. It works almost instantly to relieve the pain and is slow release so the effects are long lasting. I also keep it in the car in case I get cramp in my legs while driving. I now live in the UK where it isn’t for sale in this form, and can purchase it easily thanks to wonderful versatile Amazon! It costs me very little more too! Please give it a try if you are prone to cramp!

Disappointing
Called Slow-Mag, but the amount of Calcium exceeds that of the Magnesium. However, it seems to be the only slow release Magnesium available in the UK. Each tablet contains only 143 mg Magnesium Chloride, compared to a better (Merck) product of the same name available in South Africa, which contains 450 mg Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate (Magnesium Lysyl Glycinate). Wish I could get the Merck product on Amazon!!

Extra beats solution?
Suffered with extra heartbeats for almost 3 months, with two admittance to hospital, who gave some medicine which made me even worse!Searched for hours on ends what |I should eat, not eat, ect.... and eventually fell on Slow-Mag. Don't know if it just coincidence, but, after just taking the pills twice!! my extra beats have already subside quite a lot?? It might be early days, but, I am going to stick with it! Can't hurt!
