Excellent product , perfect for my type of nails , I have more than 2 months using it

I've been doing at-home gel nails regularly for 5 years. I decided to try Foundation Flex (FF) to see if my at-home gel nails lasted longer and were better protected. I'm so hard on my nails that even professionally done gel nails don't last long. This product does make my nails last longer and protect the natural nail from chipping, BUT I need 3 coats to attain both strength and longer wear. After the third layer, the product is opaque and strong--strong like a hybrid between gel and acrylic. I can pinch my nails from side to side, and they hardly move. My at-home gel nails usually look beautiful for 10 days, and then it's downhill from there. With 3 layers of FF I get 14 beautiful days.Regarding the learning curve, my nails looked horrible the first time. But I was stubborn and very busy, so I kept them on for two weeks, rolling my eyes every time I looked at them for very long. This product is somewhat rubbery and a little more difficult to work with than normal gel. The trick is to do two very thin coats and then one thicker coat. Make sure there are no bubbles in any of the layers, or that little bubble will become a bump that will come through ALL the layers. I recommend pointing your nails down and looking down the length of your nail to make sure the product is evenly spread from side to side.Regarding chipping, I still tend to chip at the ends before the nail lifts at the nail bed--even with capping. I tried capping my nail with the first two layers of FF this time to see if that will extend the wear time. I also added ProBond to my routine as the step after PH bond (which is basically an alcohol prep). I'll update if I start to get more than 14 beautiful days out of my nails.

I don’t care for the beige color but love this line.

i have oil nail beds, that even with proper prep no gel sticks to! i’ve been trying to grow my natural nails but once they get a little long they all start to bend and rip- with this i was able to grow my nails the longest they’ve ever been!! the brush bristles are shorter and rounded then most polish which makes it easy to get to the cuticle without flooding it. 100% will purchase once done with my current bottle!!

This nail base gel is not sheer, it's just like an nude color gel polish, and the color isn't pretty either, wasteful purchase...

This product is absolutely amazing!!! My clients love it great alternative to acrylic! For extra durability, I add a coat of structure after one coat of the foundation followed by a topcoat of clear. be sure to balance the pH of your nail, using an alcohol pad prior to application. Make sure to keep it off the skin and you’ll be good to go. A good UV light is definitely a must.

This is my first experience with it. I won’t lie the gel polish itself is absolutely nice! Nice formulation, smooth and bump free, bubble free application. Only thing is I wish I picked different color. Formula wise one of the best polishes please consider getting it!
