REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix Variety (7 Stick Packs)

We received this in a day! I currently use Body Health Perfect Aminos (watermelon), which I love. When I saw REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration via an Instagram post by drjamesdinic, I was curious about it. Then I saw that it contained Magnesium Glycinate, which my heath practitioner recommended I take. Some of the electrolytes that I've tried before contained magnesium which upsets my stomach. This product did not upset my stomach and it tastes great. I was worried, based on other reviews, that it might be too salty, but that was not the case. I will be buying more but won't know which flavor till I try them all. My husband liked mango and I had watermelon lime.

They are pretty good. I take one in the morning to help with cravings. Yes it’s salty buts supposed to be. It has no sugar so dilute with more water if you don’t like the amount of saltiness. All flavors a good EXCEPT flavorless. Don’t try that one

Good hydration and flavor. I mix one packet with about 20 oz water when exercising and sweating, this works very well to keep me adequately hydrated and it tastes good.

Honestly, many of the flavors taste pretty good. I was surprised I even liked mixed berry quite a bit. The only real downside is this does not dissolve easily at all. I even tried using a milk frother because stirring wasn’t working. There are just some granules that won’t dissolve, so I just down them all at the end! Also, because they all likely use the same base salt mixture, this is true for all flavors.Overall it’s well worth trying the sampler to see what you like. A lot of sampler packs have a ton of dud flavors but this one impressed me.A lot of salts of the key three most people need. Lots of sodium so it’s a good mix for POTS. I like the flavor options and knowing they’re healthy electrolytes without harmful additives. Mix product thoroughly in water to dissolve before adding ice. I like the package size for portability and convenience. My recovery rate after doing yard work is effective and faster…your body will thank you for it!

I am in the process of finding a healthier electrolyte product and while this product looks good with clean ingredients, it tastes terrible! I am sorry that I wasted my money on it and of course, it's "not returnable". I wish the Amazon return policy was more like Costco - you don't like it, return it and get your money back.

Delicious! I tried 5 brands at once to find my favorite and this is it! Watermelon lime is my favorite and I love their limited edition Cran-Apple!

I normally use LMNT packets so decided to give these a try. The taste is good but it does not mix well. I put it in a water bottle and after shaking for a long time, there were still clumps in my water. These would be good if you have a frother to mix it up at home but I need something for on the go so these won’t work for me.
