EC3 Air Purification Candle, Natural, Botanical Ingredients in Soy Wax

I was a little skeptical to buy these, but my wife swore they would work on our mold problem in the basement. They really do work, they don't give off much of an odor, but it definitely got rid of the mold scent. A little pricey but worth the money.

I enjoy lighting this candle and knowing it is helping my home be more safe for my family.

I’m not sure if this candle worked for me, doesn’t last long for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  I have bought this product several times. Great for hotel rooms when you are not sure if mold is present. My daughter had a smelly moldy student apartment at college and she uses this. I also use this whenever I have a suspicion. My only recommendation is when you blow out the candle do it outside because it has a strong Smokey odor after blowing it out.

I have bought these (and the EC3 concentrate) several times for my vacation condo that had a toilet leak which caused excess moisture and mold growth in the master bath/bedroom. They were extremely helpful before remediation and even after remediation we still get an occasional musty smell in the master bath/bedroom when no one is in the condo for a few months and the a/c or dehumidifier are turned off. I burn this candle for a few hours and the slight musty/mold smell gone while the air in noticeably cleaner! I have allergies/asthma and use a HEPA air purifier but that alone does not get rid of the musty smell as fast as these do. I breath much better after using these, they make a huge difference for me.My car and apartment took on water in a recent flash flood and became musty. I used Benefect Botanical Decon 30, EC3 mold solution concentrate, the hot florida sun, and these candles to remediate. While the liquids penetrated deep into the carpets, it was the candle burning with the a/c running that helped thoroughly remediate places in the hvac the liquid couldn't reach. Expensive, but 100% awesome and recommend for mold and mold mycotoxins!

It does get rid of bad odors but it has no smell and when you blow out the candle it smells like something's on fire. Usually a typical candle you would smell a little smoke when blowing it out but this smells like something is literally on fire. I have to keep it covered to keep that smell out of the air. The size of it is small to be the price that I spent on it and only covers 800 square feet from what my research has gathered.

This little odor eliminator does a better job than a traditional candle. It really did neutralize smells in my kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone.

easy to use.. but in order to see result, I will probably need to burn the candle for another month
