These are, most definitely, my favorite protein bars. The texture is a bit crumbly, but I actually like that. The taste is very good & not overly sweet. They are a bit pricey, but if it’s being used as a meal substitute, then I suppose it is priced appropriately.

Doesn't taste good and seemed very caramel flavored. Nothing like cookie dough. Basically a bar of pressed powder. Wouldn't buy again!

We like the great ingredients but we do not like the taste.

I wanted a non-GMO alternative to Quest bars, but these are pretty gross. Very grainy and bad taste.

I have mixed feelings about this bar but I think there's a few things worth noting.Nutrition: My first requirement is them being vegan so that's awesome and they are absolutely packed with protein which is great. They're gluten-free and soy-free which means more accessible for diet restrictions which is a tremendous step in the right direction.Price: I don't understand the complaints about the price because considering how clean this ingredient list is compared to other bars on the shelves, it's one of the best in terms of pricing for what you buy. At only $2 a bar ($8 a box from Target) these are sitting around the same price as a single-serving energy drink or candy item which are way more unhealthy. The bars are pretty sizey compared to other options as well.Texture and Taste: This is where my review loses a single star. They don't taste bad per se, the texture is a bit grainy but so are most healthier bars (especially if it's gluten-free which always takes a bit of getting used to). I think the grainy texture actually caters well to this specific flavor since it's supposed to be "cookie dough". The chocolate chips are wonderful too, they melt in your mouth perfectly. For people who want healthier than most other options I highly doubt you'll have an issue with the texture or taste. I would just say it does taste like what it is, a healthier protein bar option.Overall: I actually really enjoy these for the price point and nutritional aspects, I've tried tons of different vegan bars since I'm always on the go and I love snacking. I'd buy them again but I'd like to try other flavors.
