These shipped & delivered quickly, arrived well packaged. Easy & simple to remove & install, charged up and both cordless (VoIP) phone are good for, probably another 5+ years of minimal or light home use. This pair of battery are essentially 2 AAA batteries wrapped & connected together with the plug, and work as described. OEM batteries installed in the VTech cordless/base system are probably over 10+ years old and no longer holding a charge, instead of tossing the whole set out - now it's on a new life cycle. Very satisfied and glad to extend electronics' usable time ahead. Will update as needed. For now, cautiously rating it.

Well the phone battery finally died on my vetech landline (I know, landline???). Any way I needed to replace the battery which was at least 6 years old. Simple to do and now I have a phone that works again...
