Color cartridge always fails
I bought these in june, put them out of box, placed them into the printer, and then i printed the alignment page. Ok, so far so good i said. Printed a test page, colors were good enough. Then, a month after i went to print a page for work and got a message saying color cartridged had failed. Wow... reseated the cartridge, no joy. Color cartridges of this model always fail shortly, maybe you have to print it all empty within 10 days. Its sad because it was a good deal and the ink cartridge is 99% full but i bet something in the circuit shorts out and the printer fails to recognize it. I won't buy these cartridges anymore, in fact im going to look for another printer brand because it might be an HP design flaw since they always fail like that.As for the black cartridge it still works fine. prints are ok. i had to clean the contacts though because some ink deposits were there despite not using the cartridge and not even turning the printer on.

You get what you pay for... cheap ink cheap printing... do not buy if need quality printing.... only if quality is not that important you can enjoy affordable ink
