I've waitedI have had several shredded memory foam pillows, none of them have matched the quality of these even at 3x the price. First and foremost, the amount of foam in these is incredible. Yes, You do have to unzip the cover and break up the foam pieces as they have been compressed and rolled for the purpose of shipping and it does take a few hours for them to puff up appropriately but this is not a defect, it's a function of memory foam and any memory foam product you buy that has been compressed for shipping has this issue so do not dismay. The brilliant thing about this is that it allows you to decide how firm and flat you'd your pillow to be.. the less you pull it apart, the flatter it will be.. pull apart one side and not the other for a sloped effect or to produce a neck roll on one side.. pull it all apart to create a firm fluffy cloud of comfort.. the choice is yours! Even when these are fully "fluffed" they are still extremely supportive and they are brilliant for use when sitting up in bed or elevating your feet or lower legs.As for the cover, it's just as soft and lovely as the bamboo covers I've seen on $300 pillows, the zipper is unobtrusive and my only complaint might be that there is a light (very pleasant, mind you) shade of green on the sides which might show through some pillow cases however I have mine in waterproof terry pillow covers to protect them so I don't personally experience that bleed-through effect.Overall, I'm extremely impressed with these and will definitely be buying several more, at this price I'd be a fool not to. I've actually had these several weeks and been sleeping on them as I wanted to give the a fair trial before giving a review and my final judgement is this: These pillows would be cheap at twice the price for the quality. If you're looking for a well-made shredded memory foam pillow with a fair amount of weight to them and enough form to be truly supportive then these are for you.

This is my first time buying a bamboo pillow. I bought a king size and I have to say it is the largest pillow I've seen. It didn't take quite 24 hours to rise to its full size but I waited over a day before using it. It's a firm pillow but I love the case. It's very soft and the whole thing is pliable.This is also my first time ever buying a pillow for myself so I really didn't know what I liked. While I loved the thought and feel of this pillow it just wasn't for me. I've always had feather pillows and I guess I was used to being able to ball them up under my neck.So I informed the company and they refunded my money even though I didn't ask for a refund. This is only half the reason I gave the 5 star review. I do use this pillow to prop me up in bed. It may have been to hard for my neck but it's gives wonderful back support. And I still love the idea behind the pillow. The bamboo rising and the memory case that is so soft.I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone who is a first time or many time pillow buyer. It's all it says it is and more.

This pillow has been amazing for me! I was diagnosed with thorasic output syndrome. My right arm would be in so much pain at night that I would wake up 2-3 times from it. My orthopedic doctor told me to invest in a "good" pillow to help releave pressure on my neck area at night. I purchased this pillow with a very unsure feeling if it would be right for me. I have always slep on soft feather "down" pillows, and never a firmer memory foam pillow. After giving it a day to expand and air out I slept on it for the first time. At first I didn't like it, it was way too firm for my liking. But as my head sank into the memory foam, it became very soft like I was used to and very supportive of my neck. Over the first two weeks of using this pillow (along with a stretching routine from my ortho and chiropractor) I was waking up far less than I have in the past. My stretching has gotten easier on my neck and both my ortho and chiropractor are in agreement that having this pillow supporting my neck and head at night is a large contribution to my improvement.I never thought much of my bed pillows and how it was effecting me until I made the switch to this pillow. The quality is great and it seems like it will hold up for years to come without worrying that the foam will go flat. In addition the stitching, materials, and construction are very well done.If you are on the fence on spending a lot of money (well what I would consider a lot) on a bed pillow, I would say: DO IT! Try this pillow!My wife has used it a couple of times while I was away, and hinted she wants one for her birthday coming up, and I think I will make that happen!

I really love my new pillow, although I did buy the pair mainly for my husband. He is super hard on pillows and requires a very firm one if it is going to last at all. This company took very good care of us and asked for our opinion. When I told them about my husband not liking his, they gave me a full refund and i got to keep the pillows. This pillow has no smell to it which was another reason I love mine. It keeps it shape really well for me. I sleep in all different positions and it is super comfortable for me.

Wonderful pillows. When I got them I immediately started to fluff them. I does take some effort but the fluffing is well worth the time. Great the first night sleeping on it and they are still fluffing up 24 hours later. I think that these will be the best pillows I have ever bought. (I bought 2, 1 for myself and 1 for my wife) Both of us are happy. Comfortable. Soft on top and then they provide support. I highly recommend these pillows.

My Therapuedic pillow was causing me back and neck problems due to being way too stiff. I bought this as a replacement and I can't say enough good things about it. It's supportive without being hard and soft without your head sinking through it. It also has a good weight to it so it doesn't slide around when you adjust at night. Great product, would and will but again.

First firm pillow I have bought that is actually firm. So many others have been labeled as firm but would collapse to 1/2" with a little pressure.Note this pillow is heavier that most. Doesn't bother me but my wife does not like it. I would buy again. I would have rated 5stars if it had been an unopened package.
