Question 1

My friend bought one two weeks ago. The brand name on the invoice is "Enerzen", but the name on the product he'd received is " Fresh Air". Is it the right one or some kind of shipping error?

Hi C.L., The product made by "Fresh Air" is an inferior, knock-off product which the seller "Air Purity" is trying to pass as an Enerzen product.  Amazon is in the process of getting this illegal seller account shut down for improper listing and trademark infringement in violation of Amazon's listing policies.  Do NOT buy any products from the seller "Air Purity"!  They are an unscrupulous seller and will NOT honor any warranty on the item.  Buyer beware that Enerzen warranties are NOT valid on Fresh Air knock off products.

Question 2

How large of a room will this unit cover?  Also, will I need to put this in each room or just in a central location to cover 2 bedrooms?

Hi John, Glad to assist.  This unit covers approximately 3500 sq. ft. of space depending on the existing air quality in your space. When using this in a home, how long  do we need to run it to kill mycotoxin spores and how long do we need to leave the house for?

Hi Jill, glad to assist.  The length of time needed to kill spores can vary greatly depending on how bad the spore contamination is.  If the spore contamination goes deep beyond the drywall of the contaminated space, there is a chance that the ozone produced by any generator will not reach these deep spaces.  The space should be unoccupied during treatment and for about 45 minutes post treatment.  I hope this helps.

How long do you have to wait to go back in the house after use ?

During the warm months, I use it in either the open upstairs or downstairs areas and go outside.  When the unit has finished running, I go in quickly and open screen doors & windows, then go back outside until I feel the outside air has mixed well with the indoor air.   During the winter months, I put it in enclosed rooms set for 20 minutes.  There are 2 room's doors that don't quite meet the floor, so I lay a towel along the bottom of the door.  When the unit has finished running, I leave the door shut on that room and turn on the furnace fan (set to fan only) to circulate air around the whole house (about 30-40 minutes).  I only do 2 rooms max. per day with this method, to be on the safe side.  The circulation does somewhat freshen other open areas of the house that cannot be closed off.  I have not had any issues with throat irritation, coughing, etc. using these methods.
