Forget trying to stuff 6 or 8 feet of RJ-11 telephone wire behind your wall phone. Buy these instead and avoid the hassle.
Just what I needed. Bought a new AT&T "corded" wall phone here on Amazon.com which is the base phone for three other cordless extensions. But the manufacturer of the phone only includes an 8-foot RJ-11 cable, which cannot be conveniently stuffed into the space behind the phone and makes it virtually impossible to mount the base phone on a wall plate made for such phones. These are PERFECT! Really only needed one, but what the heck -- the price was low enough and it came via Prime free shipping..

Overpriced and Does the Job
Way overpriced at $9.99 as of the date of this review, but they work and the quality is okay. A one foot RJ-11 phone cable is not easy to find so it was take it or leave it. I needed them to attach a coupler to a fax and a phone to make it easy to switch the phone line to send a fax which is not too often. The cable is not subject to stress in my environment so the cable should last "forever". This review is for the product itself not the price so it gets five stars.

Poor quality control
One of the two cables didn't work. Fortunately there are two in the package but that means the single working cable is pretty expensive. Not worth returning the one cable but buyer beware. It's a shame, too, because short cables are nice to have.

Short telephone cable that works - exactly what I was looking for
I just wanted a short cable to keep things clean and without a coil of excess cable - this got the job done.

Will not work with a Valentine One
Even though this is advertised as a 4-wire cord, it will not work with a Valentine One. If anyone knows of a short cord that would work, please lmk!

Perfect for what I needed.
I have a voice-over-internet protocol phone service which sits right next to the base of the phone. I had a much longer cord that I hand to roll up, tie it up, and try to hide away. Now I have a short straight line from my box to the phone with no tangled mess. It is a quality made cable and the clips are tight in the phone jacks.
