I didn't expect any results to be honest cause I didn't plan on changing anything about my regular routine. I am a younger gal who now works from home because of the pandemic so I can't move around much. I've been gaining weight cause I stopped working out (gyms are closed) and haven't started eating healthier while on this. But 2 weeks in and I am already seeing a load of results. I have more energy, I am eating significantly less (not pigging out as much) and even my acne is going away! Shoot my face glowing more is the best part so far. I don't use any acne treatment either. I stopped everything else a month before I started taking it. I try to time the pills when I take them. I eat breakfast nornally. When I start getting hungry around lunch I take 1 pill before I eat and give it sometime. I dont need to eat as much food after so it helps limit my intake. Around dinner I do the same thing. Take a pill before dinner and then im not stuffing my face as much. I havent lost much weight, like 2 pounds, cause I'm not really working out to do so, but it looks like I did. And I'm LAZY right now so thats strangely impressive I guess lol May or may not write an update about this later (lazy :] ) after I finish my second bottle round to check consistancy. But so far so good. 5/5*.

Hormonal acne has popped up in my 30’s. WTF, right? Aren’t I supposed to be well over that? Well, guess not. Anyway, I bought these to hopefully balance whatever hormones are out of whack and taking my skin back 15 years (definitely NOT in a good way).First time I took them, I had slight jitters and had trouble falling asleep that night.Second time I made sure to take them earlier. Well, this time I got hit with jitters and severe nausea and stomach cramping at the same time. Lots of fun feeling like jumping out of your skin and trying not to puke, too.They aren’t too bad to swallow and they only give a slight after taste. Unfortunately, I will not be repurchasing or finishing the bottle I have.

I’m sitting at work right now and am actually going out of my way to write this review because I just had to after realizing these things work crazy good! This might sound weird but I’ve only takin 2 in the past 24 hour & this my first time using it. after I took the second pill “towards the end of the day” I could feel the fat on my stomach melting off lol it’s really weird, feels like I did sit-ups but like in a good way, I feel a tingly slight warm burn in my abdominal fat but not my abdominal muscles. Also curves cravings and gives you energy. I can only imagine how good this would work if I worked out to lol. Can’t wait to see end results! Only con is it gives you slight cotton mouth.

I was really worried about swallowing these pills because they are rather big, and I saw that some people did not like their taste. However, I was completely indifferent about their flavor. It wasn’t really any distinct taste, and they were easy to swallow. I swallowed both at the same time. As for their effect, I did notice to have more energetic throughout the day, and I think it helped my metabolism. It really helped my digestive system too. All in all, if you’re curious I would try it! For the price, it cannot be beat!

I purchased these because of the good reviews, but after trying these for 2 weeks the only results have been getting diarrhea on a daily basis. I don't see or feel any results. They increase my appetite, my stomach is growling 30 minutes after taking these in the morning with my breakfast. Will not be purchasing these again. I will cut down to 1 pill per day until I finish the rest of the bottle.

I bought this item because I have no energy and feel like my hormones are out of whack. I got the TUESDAY evening so I took my first pills Wednesday morning. Oh my goodness, within an hour I felt amazing, Like my old self. I tried not to get to excited but I kept asking myself, "self, is this what it feels like to be normal? ". So took the again on Thursday. I was happy just to be outside in my back yard. I made myself go for a walk through the neighborhood, which I had not done in almost 2 years, and it felt amazing. I really hope this doesn't fade out after a week or so, but until it does, I'm smiling and energized and feeling like my old self. This so far gives my a new sense of hope for doing regular daily activities.

I purchased this before and liked it, but the recent bottle I received through the regular mail had gotten hot and I believe the bottle is no longer good and the pills are not effect.

I am writing from my husbands account as an FYI. Being stuck in the house and less active due to the pandemic I ordered this product hoping that it would give me that little extra metabolism boost that I need. My favorite thing about this pill is I don’t get jittery like you do with most caffeine-based weight loss pills. This gives me a nice steady amount of energy but I never feel that uncomfortable feeling of being over caffeinated. I love that it’s not only a weight loss supplement but good for skin and hormonal balance as well. I’ve noticed that I seem to be slimming down and I don’t have as many cravings as I did before taking this supplement. This seems like it could be my solution to help ride out this pandemic with as little weight gain as possible!
