I did a lot of research before buying (not just amazon reviews).This got the best reviews.When your blowing you need to tilt it to get the ball vibrating.I have been using it for a week now and I find it very hard to find the right tilt angle. By the time I get it vibrating I am almost done with my breath.And it never seems to be the same angle twice.Obviously my breath strength is not consistent.But after a week I should be able to dial it in.Maybe it is my failing.But for what it is worth I play the flute and the harmonica so I'd like to think I have good breath control.Anyway. I am gonna give it another week to see if I can improve before giving up.The #2 choice has a dial on the side. Not sure what it controls, but that might be a better fit for me.

I like this Air Physio sports… I have this device for sometime now. It does take some time to get used to. You must move the device around a bit. For me, I only utilize the very tip and noticed the vibration starts half way through the exhalation, this is my results so far, yes phlegm does come up.

I usually only write reviews for products that are very good or extremely bad. I had posted a question on the AirPhysio that received a 'this product is a scam' answer - I could not DISAGREE more. My results with the AitPhysio have been very positive. I work out at least 6 days a week - hard cardio workouts for 60 to 90+ minutes. I have bad allergies, so it is not uncommon for me to have chest congestion. I usually use Albuterol before and sometimes after my workouts to help open my breathing passages and cough out congestion. Using the AirPhysio has greatly reduced my need to use Albuterol - it really does help me get congestion out of my chest. I like this product so much that I have advised several friends to give it a try.

Very easy to use

It's easy to use but it's overrated.

Interesting product. Seems to work pretty well. One needs to practice, and get the angle right, so that the ball bearing can cavitate, and then you really feel it in your lungs. If you get light head, take a break. Pretty easy, and seems to help break up the congestion.

After using the product for a couple of days - I really like the effect on the lungs. I think it is helping to increase lung capacity or at least help to make the lungs stronger for breathing.

Really simple idea in an over priced package. In fairness I would guess at less than £5 to make. I did laugh when I seen the filter is an extra, as if £60wasnt enough.Do I think it helped? Yes slightly. I did bring up phlegm but breathing exercises were doing that already this maybe just encouraged meOverall I do feel ripped off, buy hey I live & learn.

As I said, I need few weeks before reviewing this item as the effect isn’t working in days, it need weeks so I’m still working on it

I have fibrosis of my lungs and so my lungs produce a lot of thick mucus which makes breathing even more difficult, before I started using this I'd have quite a few days of not being able to breathe properly,I use it for five minutes in the morning when I get up it certainly breaks the mucus up so it is then easy to expel,My breathing after using this product is much easier and I would personally recommend this to anyone experiencing problems with getting mucus up.Not pleasant to get this mucus up but it has to be doneIt really does do what it says on the can

It's compact, easy to use, it's for my son who has asthma and he says it has has improved his breathing without have to reach for his pump, which he uses but not as often now that I've got him this.I would recommend this product to friends and family.Keep up the good work guys!!!
