Cheap! Chintzy! Calling it a "nutcracker" is laughable. No bigger than an ornament from Hallmark, but worse quality than hallmark ornaments.

Looks rather cheap
Although this is cute. The nutcracker part on the back is stiff and barely moves. It only moves his beard slightly. Could easily break.

This is not a nutcracker
This is an ornament size "nutcracker" and I am very disappointed. It should NOT be called a NUTCRACKER. It is tiny and flimsy, it has a lever on its back but nothing moves on its face or body once you lift the lever, like a real nutcracker would do.
