This is a nice portable urinal and the screw on cap is so much better than those snap-on leaking caps. This urinal won't leak if accidentally knocked over. I tried it with water. Not a drop came out, even when held Upside-Down. The glow in the dark lid feature is a plus, I guess, but we never tried it more than a couple of times. It does actually glow for a little while. We were more concerned with spillage than that feature, since we've never been in total darkness. The urinal is well constructed with solid plastic and lid. All in all, a really good purchase.

The only reason this is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the claim about glow in the dark top. It really doesn't. Or rather, if exposed to strong light, it may glow in the dark a little bit for a little while, but not that much. If they didn't make a claim about this or just said, "slight glow in the dark" or whatever, fine. But they said it, so have to knock off just a little for that.As to function? Works fine. I needed this when laid up in bed for some time after an injury. It's - perhaps obviously - easier to use standing or at least sitting on side of bed, but worst case, you can make it work in bed, though maybe not filled as much. I like that the cap screws on securely. The handle has been functionally good both in use, and for hooking on to a crutch bag to make it easy to carry to bathroom when on crutches.

Game changer! Less going downstairs just to pee especially when frequency is an issue. My bedroom is on the 1st floor but my media room is upstairs. I watch a lot of movies up there. One time I went downstairs to pee & slipped on the stairs & broke 2 ribs. 3 months convalescing. Absolutely love this bottle not to mention it’s well made!

I used these when I had an injury and had to keep weight off my foot. It will definitely add safety saving trips getting up when not needed. I recommend getting 2.Other than that, they do what they are supposed to do and the lid glows in the dark.

My father in law is almost blind. This helps him in the dark to find the bottle.
