Initially, I was impressed by the buds. Sound quality was pretty good, and they were easy to use... however, after using them on and off throughout the day without any issues while the battery was at about 80% the right bud just shut off. I could not get it to pair with the left bud. I tried to impair the buds to my phone and redo the process multiple times. Then after a little while the left bud would no longer pair to the phone. So now even after charging overnight, they will not pair to each other nor will they show up on the bluetooth device list I. My phone to pair. I will be exchanging and try another pair. Pretty disappointed. Though they sounded good while they worked.

While this review was intended to be far more positive at first, when I started writing it I noticed that the right earbud was not connecting. I'd experienced a similar problem earlier when attempting to just use the right earbud, and thought it just meant that the left earbud was the master and both had to be out of the case to work. A minor annoyance, but I do mainly use the left. Soon, however, the right one wasn't connecting at all. This took place after only three days with the earbuds, which makes me think something is seriously wrong with the design. I tried disconnecting from them, reconnecting, and then eventually completely unpairing from my phone. At this point, neither earbud was connecting and I was left with what is essentially a paperweight. And a paperweight it is because the case is heavy, large, and not particularly portable. If you planned on bringing it with you in a pocket, you'd be hard pressed to fit more than the case in said pocket. Overall, I'm pretty unhappy with the results and will be returning it shortly.

These are NOT waterproof. The description claims that they can be used within a meter of water. Both earbuds power off immediately upon submersion. Actually, both powered off when I tried them in the shower. Highly disappointed that you wasted my time. Extremely frustrating when companies like this get away with poor descriptions of the product. We purchase and wait for the product to arrive. Then when it doesn't fulfill what they promised, we have to take the time to go return it and begin our search all over again for another product. Too bad we can't charge them for our time w street m wasted due to their deception.

I had to return these within not even a week after purchasing because they were difficult to handle! They wouldn't pair properly, kept pairing separately, and the controls were hard to manage due to no buttons on the earbuds themselves. My boyfriend was pleased with them at first, but then because of the pairing issues, I decided to return these and purchase a different brand with actual buttons. Not only that, but they are advertised to stay paired with a device after the first time they were paired, and they didn't stay paired. Very dissatisified!

This is my first set of Bluetooth earbuds. I’ve always been hesitant to go to the earbud style because I used to run a lot and was scared they would fall with a neck strap. I’m also a former wrestler and have a little cauliflower ear on one ear, so I’m always worried if bids will fit. These are very comfortable. They have kept secure in my ears while cleaning the house during naptime. There is no movement that makes me feel like they are falling out. It comes with a couple of sizes of the rubber piece that goes in the ear canal. The size out of the box fit me fine. It’s also the first time I’ve had both ears be fit by one size because of my cauliflower ear. That must mean it has more range than others. The battery case is great. It has a lot of charge on it. I have not used for several hours straight yet, but I’m excited to take these on plane trips because of the battery case. Charging headphones is my biggest complaint on Bluetooth headphones. If I wasn’t an Apple user, I would have stuck with corded forever. However, I’ve only gotten the battery meter to drop one light out of 4 since charging the first time. The only complaint I had on the case was that I think it would be a better design to move the hinge or the charging port. It essentially charges from the front with a small cable provided. That makes it hard to open the case and see the lights while it’s charging. The cable is the same USB cable that Amazon uses for all of its devices, so we had several extras laying around that helped on that small issue. After it charged I still haven’t needed to put it back yet, so that also makes it not as big of a deal. The sound quality is good, using the equalizer on my iPhone, I could maximize where I want it. There is not significant base, but it is a fairly small Bluetooth earbud, so I doubt that much would ever be possible. The controls are done by tapping on the buds. I had a few problems activating Siri, but the other features worked fine. I also never use Siri, so no real loss for me. Overall, this is great set for the price. If you are hesitant to drop a lot of money on Bluetooth earbuds, I would encourage anyone to give these a shot. I’ve been pleasantly surprised how much I like them.

I purchased my first pair of these earbuds in September and loved them. Sound is great, paired easily, stayed in place. In short, about everything I could ask for especially at this price. I liked them enough I ordered a second pair for my wife. She is far from tech savy. I thought the fact that once these were paired, she would just have to take them out of the case and put them in her ears and have them power on and pair themselves would be good. Worked great the first time out, but in only the second use, the right earbud would not pair. Tried everything the small instructions sheet suggesrted, but still no luck. Since I've only had these a couple of weekes and will be able to return them, the quick malfunction makes me hesitant to replace them. If they went out this quick would it happen again and knowing nothing about this company, will they replace them if the Amazon return period is over?
