High Waist Athletic Yoga Shorts Tummy Control Workout Running

I LOVE these shorts. I wear them while practicing and teaching Buti Yoga which is a practice that combines a power flow with cardio bursts and tribal dance. These are perfect because they don't ride up or roll down. I never have to adjust them during class. I purchased them in size large and my waist is 30.5 and my hips are 41. Lots of people ask me about them because they look so great and never need adjusting. I highly recommend you get yourself several pairs 😊

Bought these shorts for the gym/a trip to Colorado I’m taking! I was pleasantly surprised by these shorts! They’re short, but not so short that your butt cheeks will hang out. They don’t slide or move. Good material. I got an XS. I’m 4’11 120lbs and wear a 0/1 in pants.

My previous review informed people that while I'm more of a US 10, I had to return and downsize to a size Small. I just wanted to update that the company reached out to me and updated their sizing charts, so if you are viewing this after June 14, 2019, the sizing has been updated! They aren't necessarily the greatest smoothing control when you have loose skin, but if that isn't an issue with you, these are really cute, and I love the flirty strap flare on the backside that sets them apart from other workout shorts. I use shorts primarily for pole fitness, but as well for cycling and occasional yoga. No ride up, no risk of butt crack exposure with the cutout. I think they are worth the price.

Talk about a camel toe. These are horrible. There is no way I could ever work out in them. I highly recommend trying a different pair.UPDATE: I was contacted by Kamo Fitness in regards to my initial review. They wanted to make the problem right and offered to send me out a replacement pair of shorts right away. I was sent the medium and they are absolutely perfect. They are actually one of my favorite workout shorts now. I think they just run small and that is why the size small was just way too small for me. They have fantastic customer service and I would definitely recommend them.

These are great, I do recommend following other reviews and sizing down. I would normally purchase an L or XL, and online I go with the XL to be safe since sizing is such a gamble. I purchased the L, and it's fitted but not tight at all.. prefect. I got these for a pole dancing class I took, they were the best price and cutest I found on Amazon and I'm really pleased with them! I'm using them for yoga at home, too. The cross waist pattern on the back is a nice touch, and the blue color is just as pictured.

I love these shorts! I'm 5'8" 125lbs, 28" waist and ordered the small. They fit me perfectly. Truly high waist and cover my butt completely. Really comfortable! I love the crossing back straps.

Fit as expected but the color is so off. It looks almost puke pink to me, and it wasn’t flattering on me. I would only suggest this color if you have a darker skin tone...also, these weren’t comfortable at all. They weren’t very stretchy or smooth, so not the best choice for active workouts. I returned these..The blue crisscross shorts are TO DIE FOR. omg they are so comfortable and smooth. So flattering as well. I did a full-blast cardio workout for an hour and they were great. They ride up pretty often giving a camel toe, but they were still super comfortable. I will be ordering those in the black and red for sure!!
