Broken after only three months
When I got this I loved it. It was easy to use and mostly painless. Unfortunately, after only three months of use, it has stopped working. It will not charge. It will not turn on. I have looked all over Amazon and the internet for a customer service link or number and I haven’t been able to find one. Don’t buy this, it doesn’t last through the warranty period and customer service is nearly impossible to find.

Easy to use but I have not seen any improvement. Maybe it only works on really thin baby hair?

Wife keep complaining that shaving take too much time, and waxing hurts too much. So I got her this hair removal to try as it was recommended by a friend.. She said it's easy to use, and painless. Just READ and follow the instructions! It removed all the unwanted hair very well and after a few treatments she can see that her skin is smoother. She likes the cooling after, making her skin feel nice and cool. She wished I had gotten her this sooner!update...unit dies in 7 days very disappointing

Reduce hair growth
Been using this for over a week and I have seen results in the reduce of hair growth. The manual shows how to use and what light to use and different skin tone. There is a flash of light and a slight sting but doesn't hurt

I bought a few days ago and haven’t get a chance to try it. Finally tried yesterday and it brought me a lot surprise. I Use it no pain at all. It make me feel like massage on your body. The skin becomes very smooth.

Works really well ... for 4 months
I loved this and used it frequently - it causes hair to appear thinner and definitely was starting to prevent it coming back but it broke 4 months after purchase. I reached out to the seller with no response.
