the construction seemed good at first. With stainless steel everything (almost), I expected this to last longer than previous plastic dispensers. And it did, for about 1 year. Then, the pump mechanism itself broke down. I took it apart several times, cleaned things out, nothing could fix it. I eventually had to replace it with a standard replacement from the hardware store. Too bad. The reservoir and the neck were still in perfect shape.

Overall, I have to say, "meh". It is definitely sturdy and will likely have a high degree of durability, but the pump doesn't work very well at dispensing dish soap (we have this installed at our kitchen sink). It takes multiple pumps to get any soap to come out -- and, despite that, very little comes out. May have to send it back / replace it.

Plugged up after a month. Dispenser head is wobbly. Extremely difficult to install on a ss sink with standard opening. Had to make my own gasket.Doesn’t work. Failed after the return deadline. Do not buy.

After about 6 months, the pump action failed. Temporarily able to fix it but problem recurred. Will inquire for a replacement.

Absolutely awesome product. When you go to fill it make sure to depress the pump place your finger over output, hold and then let the dispensary up while holding this creates vacuum and will prime the dispensary pump. Otherwise you will have to prime it by other means

Unfortunately, the other negative reviews are correct. Installed in July, and only lightly used. Stopped working completely by October. The pump does wobble and it was a mess to fill. Will be looking for a replacement for this piece of junk. Seemed like solid construction but just doesn’t work.

This is a well designed product, far more sturdy than more expensive plastic models. I just recently had it installed so I can't yet comment on its durability but it's working flawlessly. My plumber said the installation was easy and straightforward.

Ordered 6 and 3 are not pumping after only a couple of months. Seals are very corrodable... we have specifically non corrosive soap and they still went out.
