I had to return them. Because they were plastic mesh they would allow liquid & food to go through. Also anything warm , like a dinner plate with hot or warm food, would damage the dining table underneath. Very pretty & decorative but not useful.

The place mats looks very nice.

The mats looked great at first! However, after one spaghetti dinner they have stains that will not come off! I would not recommend this product unless you can huy it in black.
